Nature of the Service

This private reference service has no governmental authority. It stores no official arrest, jail, or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

The pages point toward Madison County and Kentucky government resources and may connect visitors with independent research tools operated by third parties.

Acceptable Use Rules

Kentucky Law Applies

These conditions are governed by Kentucky law. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky. References to public records concern Kentucky's Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, but these terms do not promise access to any agency record.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
